233 Unlocking Women’s Economic Power

Two weeks ago, I talked to Alicia Ortega, co-founder of Native Women Lead on Episode 231. She talked about a project her organization led to purchase products from native and women-owned businesses this year as a way to support them through the pandemic.

On this week’s episode, we’re taking a deeper dive into the businesses her organization supports. And we’re looking at why it’s so important to acknowledge women’s economic contributions in the workforce, as business owners, and as consumers.
