189: Inspring Others with your Personal Story with Janis Gonzales

Hello gorgeous Well Women, on the show this week I talk to Dr. Janis Gonzales, a mother, author, pediatrician, and public health physician with expertise in health policy and administration. Janis currently works as the Maternal Child Health Director in the New Mexico Department of Health and her interests include children with special healthcare needs, prevention of adverse childhood events, and advocating for health equity.

She just released her book, Lessons from a Gentle Life, about the loss of her daughter.

On the show you’ll learn:

– Using your passion to inspire others.

– The Importance of Bringing the Personal into the Professional.

– and how grief taught her some of the most important lessons.

All the information shared today can be found at the show notes at wellwomanlife.com/189show
