Welcome to the second annual Well Woman SuperPOWER Retreat. Come connect with yourself and with other powerful women, as we journey together to find and use the superpowers that make us the awesome women we are.

The team at Well Woman Life has created an annual retreat that serves as a rejuvinating and empowering place to revisit your inner power and connect with other powerful women. All while being pampered by beautiful surroundings and delicious, healthy food.

It’s called The 2016 Well Woman SuperPOWER Retreat, and it will bring powerful women leaders, executives and entrepreneurs together on October 26th for a full-day journey through finding and using your superpowers in your professional life and your personal life.

Michelle Baca is a Speaker, Best-Selling Author and Confidence Coach helping people develop unshakeable confidence, charisma, power and persuasion. Monica Bencomo is a mom of 2–a 3 year old and 1 year old and author of 7 Habits of a Healthy Happy Mom. She co-owns Pasion Latin Fusion Restaurant downtown here in Albuquerque and has been featured on the Food Network, 2 Kasa Fox for a year as their parenting expert, and Oxygen Magazine. She’s built her social media following to 40,000 by sharing day in the life-type posts as a fitness coach, mompreneur and wife. Jennifer Cole is an hourly-rate financial planner and investment advisor. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a Certified Financial Planner. She holds an MBA from New York University. She works with clients from all walks of life while primarily meeting the investment and cash flow planning needs of near-retirees and recent retirees. She founded Cole Financial Consulting, LLC in 2009 based on her conviction that individuals should be able to access independent financial advice that is not tied to portfolio asset-under-management fees or product sales. Eva Marisol Crespin is a local Albuquerque slam poet, competing since the age of 12. She is a 2016 National Poetry Slam group piece champion, 2016 SW Shootout champion, 2016 Utah Arts Festival Champion, and 2016 Women of the World Poetry Slam Competitor. Host of Lobo Slam; and coach for ABQ Unidos youth poetry slam team, and the Lobo Slam college team. Dr. Lori Eanes has been practicing and promoting the benefits of a healthy lifestyle for over 20 years. During her medical training she worked under the direction of several integrative medical facilities, including the Program for Integrative Medicine at the University of Arizona with Dr Andrew Weil, the Institute of Non-Surgical Orthopedics, Cancer Treatment Centers of America and the award winning Canyon Ranch Health Resort.  She has trained in Transcendental Meditation, Qi Qong and as an Osteopath been practitioner of Massage and Manual Medicine. Dr. Lori’ current practice integrates her training and certifications in health coaching. Matie Fricker is a smut peddling sweetheart with a deep love for the odd and tender. She owns Albuquerque’s best sex shop, Self Serve Toys. Self Serve is a shiny bubble of love and safety for those seeking pleasure and joy in their lives. One of her proudest accomplishments was causing Rush Limbaugh to say “female orgasm” on-air multiple times. Suzanne Kryder, PhD, is the Outreach Coordinator at the Developmental Disabilities Planning Council. She uses a light-hearted, interactive style to help people shift from “power over” to “working with.” She has trained and coached thousands of people in the public, nonprofit, and private sectors including at the University of New Mexico, the Head Start in Eastern New Mexico, and Sysco Foods. Suzanne is the author of The Mind to Lead: Coaching for Calm, Confident Power and a host of the award-winning radio series, Peace Talks Radio. Heather Robertson is an advisor and yoga educator dedicated to working with women who recognize, in fact prefer, a holistic, authentic and very real approach to reconnecting their point of focus within their work and life.  The outcome: Less stress. LaDonna Harris, President of Americans for Indian Opportunity (AIO), is a remarkable statesman and national leader who has enriched the lives of thousands.  She has devoted her life to building coalitions that create change.  She has been a consistent and ardent advocate on behalf of Tribal America.  In addition, she continues her activism in the areas of civil rights, environmental protection, the women’s movement and world peace. http://aio.org
Adriana Candelaria is a proud native of Albuquerque, and has been with Betty’s Bath & Day Spa since its start in 2000. Hired on as the first Front Desk Associate, Adriana has grown along with the business and now acts as Spa Director. Adriana also has a hand in social media and community relations for Rebel’s Music, her husband’s guitar and bass lesson business located in Nob Hill. Pamelya Herndon currently serves as Executive Director of the Southwest Women’s Law Center. Pamelya is a graduate of Howard University and the University Texas School of Law. She is a former General Counsel of the New Mexico Regulation and Licensing Department and a former Deputy Cabinet Secretary of the New Mexico General Services Department. Prior to joining state government, Pamelya served as a senior trial attorney for the Department of Treasury, IRS. She is licensed to practice law in the states of New Mexico and Colorado, and she is licensed as a certified public accountant. Pamelya currently serves as New Mexico’s delegate to Vision 2020, the organization that is working to achieve economic and social equality for women by the year 2020. http://www.swwomenslaw.org
