Reclaim Your True Purpose: make life transitions with ease and joy!

If there’s one thing I know: collabs with awesome women is my favorite. I’m excited to announce that I’m working with Zoreh Afsarzadeh, founder and director of High Desert Yoga, to bring you a brand new workshop that we’re collaborating on called Reclaim Your True Purpose: make life transitions with ease and joy! It will be October 20th, from 2:00 PM – 05:00 PM at High Desert Yoga in Albuquerque.
In this workshop, we’ll facilitate the Well Woman Life Framework™ as well as yoga tools and techniques to create awareness around your needs- learning to pause, rewire, and reset. You’ll discover how to intuitively reveal the steps to meet your needs using breath and sound. Then you’ll create your own exciting action plan, using movement and journaling, and explore integrating this plan with your present life through special yoga poses and relaxation. This workshop is for women of all levels of yoga practice, no previous experience required.Zoreh Afsarzadeh, founder and director of High Desert 
Yoga, has been teaching yoga since 1985. Zoreh’s upbringing in Iran started her on the path of Sufism, meditation, and spirituality, and during her lifetime, she has studied numerous methodologies including Iyengar, Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy, Siddha yoga, and that of the American Yoga College. Zoreh’s joyous personality and sense of humor endear her to her students with a teaching style that is both nurturing and fun, and her teaching combines a delicate knowledge of the body that allows a compassionate authentic expression of the postures to emerge.

Giovanna Rossi is a leadership consultant and transformation coach with 20+ years working with entrepreneurs, government and non-profits to improve the lives of women and families, using mindfulness teachings and feminist principles.
